i get, *** Failed to launch Ident server : java.security.AccessControlException : access denied (java.net.SocketPermission localhost:113 listen,resolve) when ever i try to get on thechat room, please help.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but could I suggest downloading a IRC client, there are loads out there, that way you don't need you browser.

I believe this may have something to do with either your browser's security settings or some operating system based java applet security settings. Either try to fix those, or follow the alternate instructions here for using another IRC client:
