My freind has joined veritas about 2 months ago, but now, when he tryed to log in, he gets an error, saying that its the wrong password. He then tryed the reset thing thing and that dosent work either. His name is zer0dragon.
pls pls pls help.

There's no way for us to check your passwords: they're encrypted in our database, meaning even we can't get them. If he tried resetting his password, how didn't it work? If all fails, I can manually reset the password.

Well, he reset it, then he typed in the numbers that was in the e-mail. that didnt work, he tryed it 4 times. Can you try to reset it?

did he type them, or copy them from the mail then paste into the field? I mean, it is really easy to screw up something like 9nZd76fHikln014, it is even plausible that he screwed it up 4 times, considering that your password enters invisibly. Get him to try the cut&paste first, and get back to us.

I have checked, but the problem appears to be somewhere else: there
is
no zer0dragon in our member database. Tell him to re-register.

lol, i found the problem, he spelt it zer0dagon, when he thought it was zer0dragon... Can you guys fix that? Lol.
