I have been practicing with the psiwheel for 5 days now, 45 minutes a day, with NO SUCESS. Once it did one rotation, but that was once. I cant budge it. All I can do besides the psiwheel is control a flame. That 5 days is not when I first started either, I've actually been going for about 3 years, but I just started this exact training 5 days ago. How can I get this psiwheel to go?

Pretend the wheel is on fire.  Visualize that.  Then try to move it.

I dont have a link to the method, but what I do is visualize a beam shooting out of my forehead and hitting it. About the fire thing: I'll try it. One more thing, I actually used to be really good at PK. This was about 2 years ago, I could easily spin a psiwheel and move other stuff. Now that I'm getting back into it, nothing. I tried the fire thing just now, no success :-( Any tips for faster sucess?

That's probably what you're doing wrong right there.
1) You're relying on visualization to accomplish a task
2) You're focusing on the means rather than the end.

You should focus more on the actual pinwheel and your desired result of it moving rather than some imaginary means by which it is getting moved.  Also you should focus less on visualization and more on tweaking the specific inner mindset and willpower that you need to be able to move something.

Oh. I see. What kind of technique do I use then? I can kinet a flame with kobok's technique, but it only works on a flame. I can control its direction easy too.

Keep practicing with the flame.  Find out what exactly it is that goes on inside of you that triggers the movement of the flame.  Try to apply what you found to the pinwheel.  If you have to, put both a candle and a pinwheel in front of you.  Start manipulating the flame and right when you get to a 'sweet spot' where you are in complete control of the flame, switch over to the pinwheel.  Keep practicing and don't give up.

Guess what? I can finally move a psiwheel! I use the just do it method now. Now I have a different problem though. I cant move anything else :-P. I know youre all going to say "thats because you have a mental block that its harder to move bigger things". Yeah, I already know that. I just want to now know how to get rid of that block? I want somebody who can atleast move a pencil to answer this :-)

Do the same thing you did to move from the flame to the pinwheel,  to move from the pinwheel to the next thing.  It's just a matter of time and practice.

Yeah. I will. My goal for this month is to be able to move any random object.
