when I decide to practice I normally do it with visualtion although there are othere ways but with myself i "see" the particles of the spoon moving really fast and focus on it going the direction I want. so what is your technique?

Edit: nevermind I just read the other thread.

I do it by making the spoon an extention of my body.

I get my best results if I do a dragon assan for an hour and then during that I visualise myself bending the spoon and then soon afterwards I go and do the exercise to bend the spoon. The assana helps my mind to get clear and it also helps a certain part of me learn the ability I suppose at least thats my theory.

I thought there would be more people answering this "Sigh"

Soon I won't have any spoons that can be used to eat with lol.

O Yea! I can now bend it like a corkscrew, you send loads of energy into it concentrate hard and it becomes like putty in your hands, but when you loose concentration it gets hard again.I can also bend it by just looking at it but only a few milimeters that way.

Both ways I can slightly bend it without moving it physiclally, I can also bend it further in ways that are impossible normally with my hands, but I ahve to use my hands to mould it a bit, it becomes like putty.

Id prefer to jsut bedn it that much without the use of anything butheyone has to start somewhere. :elephant:

I can bend spoons with my hands in ways that most people think are impossible with your hands.  Just a matter of leverage and creative thinking.  Remember, you can bend the handle of the spoon to use it as leverage, then bend it back and pretend like you never did it.

Just saying... if you suck at psi and want to make spoon art, you can probably do it all with your hands.

Is it like those strong man shows where a big guy works really hard and starts to roll up a metal skillet? I think it had something to do with heat and leverage or whatnot.. But it was cool to watch, way better than ripping the phone book in half

So do I understand correctly? Or is your corkscrew something different?
Would it surprise you to learn I taste like strawberries?
