Ok, I know what the stance is suppose to look, but when i do it, my knees feel like the ligaments are stretching, so it kinda burns, like when you stretch a muscle out you haven't stretched for awhile.  The burning sensation goes away real quick and my knees don't hurt ever except right after the stance.

I know that you're not supposed to feel any kind of pain an just wanted to make sure that this feeling is normal and that I'm hurting myself.

And if I'm doing something wrong please give me some pointers.

If your knees hurt you should stand less deep in the stance. Just don't bend your knees so much ^_^ that should solve your problem.
