HI...

I had my very first lucid dream the other night (What a wonderful experience). I think the reason I became lucid was because I was sleeping light. When I got home from school, I slept for 2 hours and then for another hour later that evening, so by the time I went to bed, I was not at all tired, plus, it was a very hot night. The result was me tossing and turn and dozing off into a light sleep.

My goal is actually Astral Projection, I've been trying to AP for just over a year now. Is there a way to AP during a lucid dream i.e can I use lucid dreaming as a stepping stone?

All comments appreciated.

Yeah, I have learned that astral projection and lucid dreaming in a way go hand in hand. You practice AP, and a side effect of that seems to be an increased rate of lucid dreams. (This probably isnt true for everyone though). So yeah, I say keep at it.
