Armoured Protection from Negative Energies
By: Ekitai Hebi

It is fact, that no matter where you go there are negative energies that may be harming your body. These negative influences can be diseases, or perhaps negative diety's if you want to take it to the extreme. The following exercise comes from a Buddhist Qigong method, and isn't very difficult to practice.

It is not necessary to incorperate this exercise into your daily training schedule. It is more or less something you practice before you go to work, or perhaps a funeral, or party. It is also good to practice before you sleep, because your body is open to energy's while you are asleep. Basically, practice this before you go somewhere where you might believe there will be negative influences on your body, mind, and Qi.

First, pick a spot in which is tranquil, and you are able to focus. You may sit in a full lotus, half lotus or stand up with your knees slightly bent and your back straight. Next you are to interlock your fingers, and place them in front of your third eye (do not touch the forehead, simply place the interlocked hands in front of it). When you interlock your fists like that you are making the Vajrasattva. Chant the words OM BORULAN ZHELI seven times.

Now, with the Vajrasattva seal, touch your third eye, then your throat, then your heart, next to your left shoulder, then to the right shoulder and back in front of the third eye.

Separate the Vajrasattva seal, and put your palms at your sides. Visualize holding a large staff or septor full of positive energy and light, keeping away all evil and negative energies. Duplicate this staff or septor into four, and visualize them in front, to your sides and behind you.

Faith is a very important factor. This is gained through practice. If one doesnt believe in what he is doing, then it will not work.
