Hey, what should I do if I'm practicing cryokinesis and I get really bad headaches, etc.? I don't want to stop.

They wont do anything.  Its all mental, your brain will feel like it is going through a painful metomorphosis.  It is, depending on how hard you train (I trained amazing hard, and I am not a patient person), your mind is just trying to keep up with you.  Take it at a normal pace and plan out your day so you know your not doing anything extra.

do more energy drawing, rebalancing, and centering. use as much "clean" energy as you can and pay particular attention to making sure there is good energy inside your head.

you might need to work on opening your throat chakra a bit more, or even one of the top two (brow, crown).

Philippians 2:5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,  7 but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.

Headaches are pretty natural in any psionics practice, happens when you push yourself a little too far past what you're used to. Like kakkarot said, grounding/centering will probably help. If not, you don't have to stop, just take it easy. Give yourself a break of maybe a day or two between practice sessions. Pushing yourself as hard as you can doesn't necessarily mean faster or better results, often times it can work against you, especially if you become frustrated.

Just remember, DON'T GET A BRAIN FREEZE! ha ha ha ha ha!

Lame pun, I would suggest taking pain killers and resting in between practicing.
If a tree fell on a mime in the woods and no one was around to see it, would anyone care?

Almost every psion gets headaches at one point. I got everything from horrible headaches to just my head feeling like it was stuffed full of cotton balls. What you need to do, (third time this is said) is to center yourself, replenish yourself often, and make sure you don't push yourself beyond your limits. There is a difference between determination and stupidity. I would also suggest that you rest when these headaches start getting worse. If you don't feel like stopping Cryokinesis, then you should simply cut back a little bit on the training. You shouldn't start out intensely, or you could seriously mess yourself up.

but thats what painkillers do, they trick your mind into feeling numb so therefore you wouldn't feel the headaches.

yup sounds like you are stressing yourself nothing more nothing less. Take regular breaks, eat something and if it continues stop training altogether and then resume later on.
