Hi Everyone, im really missing the forums but will be back permanently in about a month. My lifeguard course starts on the 2nd of august to the 7th (yay). Then I should have a job there earning 7.50 and hour working 28 hours a week earning a grand total o9f 840.00 a month (hey I'll aways have money to be online). My Psi trainings going well but i'll talk about that more in a months time.

Right the question I wanted to ask was does anyone know of any sites which offer to teach you with articles, on Acrobatics?
I.e Front flips, back flips etc.

If anyone can help that would be great!

If you noticed my english has improved and I havn't even checked it (looks like no more flacon symdrome, Ha).

Cya

Falcon, I've been doing the searching. I told you that I already know a lot of stuff about it, and I'm asking the Leisure Centre about that today because I'm not even sure if they will let us do it (due to safety and insurance reasons). I'll print out the stuff I find and show you it.

Hmm
My suggestion, for things of that nature, would be to check out http://www.trickstutorials.com . This site has a lot of in-depth tutorials on not only how to do acrobatic moves, but how to do some pretty nifty "XMA" acrobatic kicks and such. While these would be utterly useless in a fight, they will definitely impress any non-MAs people you know, not to mention I've heard the training done to be able to pull off such moves consistantly gets you in great shape.
