You already know chi. Its the glowing feeling after a really good training session and that feeling of joyful power that that runs through your veins on a perfect day.
Remember being a little kid and feeling full of energy.

The feeling of delicious warm sunshine absorbing into your skin.
The full feeling that fills your body after running.

Those are what chi is. Now that you know what it is, use it.

There are some things that are better to your chi than others. Just pay attention to your body to feel whats good for it and whats bad. Play with your chi. Summon your chi in a focused way like lightening at the end of a strike to make it more powerful.

You'll be able to tell when you do it right.

Meditation will help you with this.
You've only spent a second of your life.
My world is unaffected, there is an exit here,
I say it is and then its true.
There is a dream inside a dream,
I'm wide awake the more I sleep,
You'll understand when I'm dead.

Tyriel: yes, chi and ki are the same thing.  Im pretty sure that one is Chinese (chi) and the other (ki) is Japanese.

p.s.
Its not kuanzah, its Kwanza

The sensations vary from person to person. Some feel warmth, others a tingling and so on.

*And to add to that

and a solemn, dignified ramadan  :cow:
