I would suggest qigong. It deals with inner peace through meditation, and energy.
In all things, I have sought clarity. I face the troubles and problems of life and death willingly. Virtue, integrity and courage are my priorities. I can be approached, but never pushed; befriended but never coerced; killed but never shamed.

Iaido doesn't have Qi...it does have Ki though. XD

Do [Chen, Yang, Wu, Sun] Taiji, Xingyi, Baguazhang, Liu He Ba Fa, Aikido, Qigong, or any internal art. See http://www.chinesekungfu.4t.com/styles.html for a list of Kung Fu Styles

Liu He Ba Fa, Xingyiquan and Pak Mei are kung fu with QiGong in it, fool!!

I didn't say they didn't but now I'm a fool for mentioning our Dao Shin Dao kungfu has QiGong in it.

Hmm weird.

Please excuse my idiot friend Final Life for not even being able to spell our style correctly. It's Ta Hsin Tao, the way to a bigger heart. Involving less effort with maximum results.

I'm as new as he is to the style, which didn't have to do shit with how the name has to be spelled. Quite frankly he quit for what, say 3 months ? making me the more experienced 'Ta Hsin Tao-er' Half a year is also not correct, and also hasn't got anything to do with it. Thank you idiot for another off topic post. Sorry peepz we'll drop the discussion but I just had to react to this omg.

Philippians 2:5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,  7 but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.
