Thank you very much Shinichi and Akenu for the suggestions.
I am big on meditation, so will be following up the dynamic psi and thaumaturgy suggestion. I tried Bardon years ago and gave it up for various reasons. What he outlines in PME is really what I would like to explore someday. I like oldschool theurgy. Bye the way just grabbed some of your books Akenu. They're good.
Mindís nature is and always has been buddha. It has neither birth nor cessation, like space.

I'm new to this forum but anyway the topic being astral projection caught my eye because after 6 months I finally had my very first astral projection & it was amazing until the end where I had a little anxiety because its my first time & didn't know how to get back inside my physical body lol...I was also looking for the best beginners book for astral projection & loads of awesome info here! Hoping to get feedback on what more experienced "astral journeyers" & have "Adventures Beyond the Body by william buhlman" coming in the mail which supposedly has around 40 methods to have Obew, anyone read this book?
