Hi, I have been reading the QiGong books. When i got to the second one i read it and everything went along smoothly. But just then I came to the part about the 3-circle-stance. I didn't quite get it. Can someone help me by describing a bit more in detail?

I wrote an article a while back about the Embrace Posture. Same as the Three Circles Posture, just different name. I use a slightly different version then the one DD uses but the idea is the same and you'll get the same benefits. I also have picks.
