108, eh? That gets me excited. I would very much like to work up to that number. It's actually interesting, the more I practice Qigong, the more parallels I see between it and Hatha Yoga, but- I noticed that I am starting to feel a different kind of energy than when I practiced Yoga. This is most interesting, and I'm starting to understand why you only wanted us to practice nothing but Qigong during the duration of your class.
