i've been a long time lurker over the years never made an account... haven't been here for a few months and on a whim decided to see how things are and stumbled upon this thread; so i'ma take that as a sign to give this a shot since my health could definitely use some assistance

Looks like this years class will be a good one. I feel as if this class was what Veritas needed.

The 2013 Veritas Qigong Study Group has started.

The forums are found here.

Please post in the "Breaking the Ice" thread to ensure you have access to the forums and can post. If you have problems and cannot post, say something here, and I'll have kobok fix it.

I will keep signups open until Friday, May 31st, 2013 (this Friday), when the first lesson will be posted and registration will be closed.

We have 27 people this year, as opposed to 11 last year. Let's make this the best group we can!
