Thank you very much Mind Bender and Akenu. You both have lots of experience behind your backs. I like the technique you have on your blog Akenu. It is unlike the other practices, but pretty similar to Sukha Purvaka, just different colors and the breaths. Thank you guys.

Yeah, Tibetan practices are a bit different, but I can assure the effects are outstanding :).
