Silver Archer, aka Zephyr on the chat, does not need much introduction for most of you, as he has been here for much longer than even myself.  I think he is a responsible and trustworthy member who shows good judgment, and I am nominating him for a moderator position.

His addition will also help us maintain the appropriate staff activity level, and compensate for regular staff attrition/turnover.

Congrats Vivi!

Queue the Monty Python quotes, "Well, I didn't vote for him." ^_^ (I actually did, so congrats again)

Mastery does not occur when you've performed a feat once or twice. Instead, it comes after years of training, when you realize that you no longer notice when you're performing a feat which used to require so much effort. Even walking takes years of training for a human: why not everything else?
