So I did some reading on a website on sleep paralysis. It listed the same symptoms that I have been experiencing (weird beings around you, danger, pressure on your chest). It said when this occurs it's like standing in a gate. You can choose to close it and walk away, or enter. Unfortunately I didn't choose to close it (sorry for those who would have chosen that), but to walk through it, it said to "walk through the gate" to use the roll out technique, or to picture yourself rolling out of bed to reach OBE, but what do you do after that?
