I feel so heavy when I move. It's hard for me to get bouncy. Like whenever I take a step, I just feel so heavy.

Slip and parry. It saved my head a lot of punches and set me up to learn more advanced strategic footwork.

Personally, I was taught to do it ever so slightly different than what you see there. However, what you see there is still very useful.
