Everyone asks continually what various styles look like, so let's have a thread dedicated not only to showing off styles, but also good fights and fighters. I got the idea from the video BlacK posted in the Tae Kwon Doe thread since that one led to other good videos. After all, I'm tired of searching for videos of sparring matches that look like this and I'm sure others are too (don't mean to insult the people in that video, but they're not exactly trying very hard, and I like to see the best and the best of the best )

So, first the video that BlacK linked to, "serkan yilmaz k1 fighter taekwondo"

"Very rare fight shaolin kung fu vs. Karate" short video so there's not much to it, but it displays very nice control and skill despite the speed.

"Chinese Kung Fu: REAL combat and applications" Has a bunch of different clips of Kung Fu in action, including someone dressed in military garb (possibly real military :D) showing off realistic techniques.

Those are just a few that linked to one another on youtube, but don't feel like you have to stick to that only. If you've seen a good video somewhere and can get a link for it, please paste it so we can all see good examples of various styles or just get pumped up watching a good fight :)

EDIT: For once a video of a Muay Thai boxer getting their ass kicked by a TKD practitioner :D

Mastery does not occur when you've performed a feat once or twice. Instead, it comes after years of training, when you realize that you no longer notice when you're performing a feat which used to require so much effort. Even walking takes years of training for a human: why not everything else?

I always love watching Muay Thai videos,

Assorted Knockouts from Muay Thai fights.

Ramon Dekkers Highlights.

Buakaw Por Pramuk Highlights.

More current events: K-1 '08 Buakaw vs. Sato.

This one is just funny as hell.

Fedor being a monster:

Unfortunately its got all kinds of annoying effects all over it, if you can find a clean unedited version you can learn a lot from the way Fedor controls Nog on the ground. In my opinion Nog has slowed down since he was pummeled by Fedor (twice) and when Tim Sylvia described him as "the best Jiu-jitsu heavyweight in the world" (admittedly after he just got submitted by him for the UFC heavyweight title) he was not as good and not as fast or strong as he was against Fedor.

Rampage vs Shogun:

This shows what happens when you don't know how to deal with the Thai clinch. Rampage is a great fighter, but both Shogun and Wand did this to him (Twice for Wand). It's said Rampage broke his rib early on in the bout, and it makes a lot of sense, but he still likes eating knees way too much. I posted it because the way Shogun keeps the pressure on is incredible, he never lets up and allows Rampage time to consider why he's getting owned.

Josh Barnett vs Randy Couture:

Awesome fight, both fighters showing technical prowess. Randy controlling from the clinch and Josh's submission attempts from the ground in round one are great. The fight continues here:

I could go on forever!

But I'll just do one more for fun:

My description of this fight is: ROFL OWNED

The best kravist in the world, probably. A little Israeli jujutsu in there, some arial arm bars. When you train in krav maga, this is what you can do. In a very short time. Compared to TMA.
