Jing is this essence in which all organic life possess. Ki is associated with movement Jing is associated with slow movement and organic change. Ki flows throughout the external aspects of movement wher  Jing is dark, most, warm inner essence.  allso known as FA-JING one of the most well hidden secrets of Martial Artists mainly used in tai chi. True fa-jing is the total power of the whole body.  when someone demonstrates fa-jing on a heavy bag, the bag shouldnt move very much, maybe a slight swing. However, the main thrust of the strike is a violent shaking of the bag with not much movement. This indicates that the strike has gone right inside of the object and has exploded (not literaly) inside and not on the outside, this is true fa-jing.The power comes from complete ‘SUNG’ or the next best translation into English  "relaxation". So if there is seen to be any kind of stiffness at all during fa-jing then it is not fa-jing, as the whole body cannot react if there is any tension in any part of the body. Even the fist is never closed until just about contact is made, and as soon as it has struck, it is again relaxed into a light palm. u cannot have fa-jing beginning with a closed fist; this is impossible and is only a karate type of punch or a type of push.Fa Jing is the resultant force expressed by the proper direction of the mind and the body. when u have correct form and acceleration a compression occures, that compression then builds up and can create devistayting attacks. besides what does me saying i do jing have to do with this guy overheating maybe u should look into martial arts instead of sitting on ur as al day meditaing to try and create some garbage non-exsisting fire energy ball or whatever the hell u wanna call it.

sure it wont protect u from the chair smashing ur face but it will help deminish most of the pain that u get when the chair hits ur face a barrier is more mental then physical in the sense that focucing ur mind can help releave and stop pain. middle classed techs are ones that do moderate damage like how much energy u put into an attack say a punch or kick energy balls and fire balls dont exsist, ki is a life force found in the hara it doesnt have a color because u can not c it, it is simply the CENTER read up about the concept of the center then try to bash me,  people use it in coordination with martial arts, proper breathing and form are the key to it. i have seen many bullshit sites where they tell u how to train urself to make a ki ball and then they go to say after a while u can make it visable those sites only mention breathing not ur form or posture. Ki energy can only b transfered through contact like a punch or kick it can also be transfered in a noise like a yell iv seen a person fighting another one guy focused and yelled the other guy crumbled ( not literaly). next time ask me what i mean istead of just bashing me from the start.

yeah it could be your reasons or maybe its just that u dont train as hard as others do, i dont mean to offend u but your " real intense " training could b a walk in the park for some. and its not that your sick a burn out happens while training u have no control over it its like a car breaking down if u dont take certain precautions it will break down like ur body drive it to hard its gunna break down like ur body.
