Spirituality / Re: new hell

Hey, ever imagine there's no heaven? It's easy if you try. No hell below us. Above us only sky.

Something to think about anyways.

The Beatles rock, just getting that out in the open, now back to the subject. Ah the universal question, is there a heaven or hell? Well it all depends on your beliefs my friend, do you believe there is a heaven or hell? There's your answer.

I really dislike titles, necromancer, sorceress, magician, they are just titles, you can practice whatever you wish.

This might be a little to forward for you, but I would just come out and tell them, if they didn't approve, that's their problem.

Psionics / Re: Signs of having energy drawned successfully

I highly doubt you drew energy from your sister. I think that what you did is "visualise" (I love that word) yourself drawing energy from her, and in turn thinking you preformed such an act your adrenaline started flowing more continuously. Kind of like that feeling you get when you are proud of yourself for doing something, but then you found out you didn't do it at all in the end.

I only read the first page so forgive me if I am way off topic. No offense ThunderX, but forums wether it Be KU or Veritas always have some new kid thinking he knows so much more than the rest of the members and is our only hope of salvation from our evil ways, but you should look around more before you post something like this; you might be surprised. This community, as well as KU has been together for a few years and we're not all newbies ourselves. I also suggest listening to people here, you might learn something.

Main Hall / Re: Mathematics

I have done basically everything up until some calc., but I am not taking a math class next year because I want to focus more on the credits I need to pass 10th grade. I basically get a low B or high C in History and English so I need to boost those up. Math and science are my strong points, as well as electives.

Mentoring Board / Re: Applications for mentors

What is it that you would like to mentor?

What do you think qualifies you for this position?
The one main qualification I have for this position is that I am a good teacher. I do not sugar coat things, I tell it how it is and if they donít like it, then tough. I donít jump ahead of their training just to make myself look good, I stick to a down pact training schedule and donít move on until I feel that not only the student is ready, but I am ready as well. I research what I am teaching, not every teacher is perfect, if Iím shady in an area I wonít just wing it, I will look up the correct answer and explain it clearly to the student. Iím a good listener, I will listen to when the student needs before we start working then I will explain what I think. Lastly I donít just want to be a mentor to the student, I want to be a friend, someone he/she can relate to, and talk to without getting discouraged.

What experience do you have in this/these field(s)?
Jing- 6 years
Telekinesis- 4 years
Telepathy- 4 years

Explain the potential ploy with the use of birds in a candy commercial.
The usage of birds in a candy commercial would bring color to the viewer. For example in a skittles commercial they always say taste the rainbow, they could use parrots to emphasize the ďrainbowĒ feel of the commercial. The better a commercial looks the more appealing it is to the viewer and the more likely the viewer is to buy the product.

Do you have any experience from similar position?
I donít know if this is at all relevant, but I have been on student council for 3 years as vice president, treasurer, and president. These would be relevant in my opinion because they are all speaking to and helping the student body. So I assume thatís what I would be doing, speaking to and helping members of Veritas.

Do you feel you are able to work well with a team, and why?
I feel that I am able to work with a team because of two reasons. One, I listen very well, in a discussion I would listen to what people had to say before jumping in and arguing, then I would express my views. Two, my belief are that a team is better than a solitary.

If you were a bird, what type of bird would you be, and why?
I would be a peregrine falcon. A peregrine falcon is natureís fastest bird reaching speeds of over 200 Mph in a dive. Also their eyesight is outstandingly better than our own. There are not many birds that can compare to the speed, sight and power of a peregrine falcon, which is why I chose this bird.

Is there any other information you feel is relevant to taking on this
position and you would like to mention?
I also have studied Hapkido and Tanglang Quan as martial arts. I have also studied Yoga if that means anything to you. But i chose not to apply to mentor in these subjects because i feel it is pointless to teach a physical art via internet.

What do you feel does/would spiritually satisfy you.
Knowing that I am doing the best I can, at any given time, spiritually satisfies me.

Body Energy Arts / Re: Using Qigong to release toxins

There is a pressure point between your thumb and pointer finger on both hands. If you feel around you will eventually feel something like a "sack". Gentally massage each one for about two minutes, you may feel better.

Well I would just be mature about the situation, realize that what people say can not harm you, know that getting back at people just lowers yourself to their standards, and continue with your training.
