I shall do these exercises with all the previous tomorrow and work them into a daily schedule... although since I can feel my energy anytime I want and control it already to a degree I wont find this a problem ^^

As I practiced Wuwei, or Void metation often I am no stranger to this practice and found it easy.
And I found the Dantien meditation pretty good.

Day1:

Sadly due to me having to stay over a friends another night I was not here this morning to start this week's stuff bright and early. But I have been working on the exercises when I got home. I like the "Lifting the Sky" as I find that form the most relaxing. I also did not know how to do these through explanation so Im happy you made a video to show them, thanks for that. And then I did the meditation with no trouble as I am no stranger to some good meditation. Next time I will be around to start this earlier but day 1 has been a success,

Have you write this?

I think they absorb the psychic residue or psi energy from the user. That's how psychometry works by reading the energy of the object which is absorbed by its environment over time.

I have lots of crystal bracelets which is helpful. I got one for each of the main chakras which strengthens my energy system and balances my chakras.

Psionics / Re: Is there anyone else here who uses hydrokinesis?

Hydrokinesis is cool. Still indecisive of between that and Telekinesis. Telekinesis being alot more versatile, but hydrokinesis is my "element".

Sounds very interesting, sign me up if there is room. I am busy this month but hope to be around a few times to hopefully see if I am chosen or not.

Hello and Goodbye / Hello Everyone!

Hello Veritas! My name is James, I am known by a few names across the web but I would prefer to be known by only one of them, which is Kyuuketsuki (this is Japanese for vampire). You may call me Kyuuketsuki, Kyuu or James. I have dark brown hair and dark green eyes. I am male. And I am 5"4..

I am 19 next April and at the moment I am studying Computer Science at University. I am English/British also, so it is likely the times I will be available to be on here in my free time could be different than other members of course!

I came here seeking further instruction, help and understanding in the field of Psionics, mostly Kinesis which are an interest to me. I already have a years experience with energy manipulation, but I will start with the introduction articles to beginner and so on none the less. For reasons of fire hazards I cannot use a flame here so is it possible to try and move objects like a pencil instead or influence water? One aim from all this of mine is to move water, or objects with ease.
