I agree with Talyn the theorys he brought up seem to be the most logical. I doubt the world would end a in a dramatic Demon war or god rising to banish the sinners to hell and his followers into the gates of heaven, I think it will occur because of human civilzation itself, via Weapons of Mass Destruction etc..

Hey, I'm back after along while. Hav'nt been on the forums for a couple Months, school/life has been crazy but now I have some more time on my hands, and should be around more often now. Just thought I'd drop in, and welcome myself back. ;) Later.

I was assuming he wanted to know how to gain a few pounds, hense it is easier to gain pounds and do muscle building, and build the muscle while burning the fat.. His intent was to get big mucles last I read..  Also those foods have alot of protien which is important if you want muscle mass.

Working with weights right now as small as he is could be dangerous, I'm suggesting he gets a little bigger before he starts doing weight training. That is all. :-)

Lol, I was'nt asking him to get fat and be big daddy on the block.. Just gain maybe 10 lbs and burn it off with the weight training, The protien will give shape to the muscles and once you remove all the useless fat you will notice them to be bigger and stronger...

This is how I do it.. hense I used to be just like him.. In 8th grade I think I was 120 lbs (Pretty skinny compared to everyone else in my class..) I'm in 9th now and I am pretty much the same size but I now weigh 145 lbs (Which is what I beleive to be muscle..).

Ya.. You should increase your reps everyday.. I did that with my pushups, I would add one each day.. (First day I started at 5 and worked my way up)... I'm like on day 70 or something now.. (lost count) but my max is about 40.. Can't do anymore otherwise my arms will feel like they'll fall off...

You could try a different server.. I use and it works fine for me.. Here are the others..

One thing you might also want to consider is your firewall (If you have one..) Sometimes those things will block access..

Yes.. It is beleived that Ki comes from the dan tien/naval... And psi comes from the crown or from an energy source like the sun/moon... I think that is why alot of people beleive they are different.. But in reality they are almost the same thing.
