Psionics / Precognition experiences
« on: July 05, 2005, 05:35:56 AM »
Im in a internet Cafe in Portugal with a time limit so I cant check on earlier threads, fix spelling etc, so dont blame me for not doing things that include spending time.

Ive been having two precognition dreams over the last 6 months, and although that obviously isnt much, I know for sure now that I have a certain talent. Both have been precogging of deaths, the first was of the Tsunami (which Im sure youve heard of), I dreamt that an enourmous wave flushed over a green landscape and thought to myself "yeah right, this is a dream" and had a LD. This was around the time the Tsunami came. The second was very recent, before I went to Portugal I had a dream of getting a text message explaining that my friends mother had died from cancer. This time also I thought to myself "no, this is a dream", although this time I didnt turn lucid (the tsunami dream was just fun, but this one didnt get me in the mood for flying around and breaking stuff). The text message came the day after the dream had occured, and my friends mother had indeed died.

So the common features of the dream have been:
They have foreseen things that happen only little time later
They have made me realize that Im dreaming
They have foreseen deaths (this might also be interpreted as either important events, or negative events)

So, I know (think?) that theres no precog article out there yet (although SilverDawn talked about making one), but I wonder if anyone know how I can develop this skill in the meantime? Anyway, times up, Ill check back on this thread when I get home to Norway...

Body Energy Arts / Ki video
« on: April 15, 2005, 04:43:57 PM »
Hi, found this video on a martial arts forum, and I wonder if it's fluff, or if a master who has devoted serious amounts of time in it can eventually be able to do things like this. I guess your opinion would be a bit more qualified than at the other forum...

If anyone else has any good videos, I'd really like to see them. This one was quite impressive too, although on a different level:

Main Hall / Energy folk high school
« on: January 23, 2005, 07:57:07 AM »
I've found an energy\martial art folk high school here in Norway, and I'm planning to stay there for a year in 2 years. The studies I'm planning to take is "Aikido and eastern philosophy" and "Energy and counciousness". I'm wondering if anyone here have found\been at a school of the same kind, and if you have any experiences to share. I'm really looking forward to it!  :D

Here is the Norwegian website, if it's to any use: http://www.vofhs.no

Now I found this on the net a few days ago, and I cannot describe how disturbing I find it. It confirmed the very worst of my theories around this (now even more) dreadful day, and, well, you should all see it. But promise to help me spread it, it can change the world and start a revolution in the USA.

Now, don't be fooled by the thongs n bongs thingie, the movie is not porn (although the site is  ). You might need Mozilla Firefox to open the link (http://www.mozilla.org) and you might need DivX to run the movie (http://www.divx.com). I can't wait to start a discussion on this...

Thank God! Thank Darkduck! Heck, thank them both (but then I want something in return from both later, I'm not that generous)! A lentation article that is actually allowed, that is actually on this page, that is actually possible to use without getting killed in the forums and then in reality! THANK.... QUENTIN TARANTINO (running out of people here)!!!!

And now I want some details! Does the new article include slow-motion? Is the main focus on adrenaline or on your neuro-system? Is the new thing bad for you at all? Is this dog ever going to get anywhere :doggie: ?

FIND OUT, IN THE NEXT EPISODE OF: "MODERATORSHOPEFULLYDARKDUCKSPOST!"

I'm sure we're all looking forward to it....

Body Energy Arts / Tai chi stance
« on: May 15, 2004, 12:22:51 PM »
Argh! When I'm doing the tai chi stance, my back is starting to hurt! It doesn't happen at once, but when I've done it for about 5 minutes, it starts to hurt in my (what's it called) shoulder plates. The lower I go, the more it hurts, and this is a big problem, since I can't stand any longer than 10 minutes when it's like this! Help! :(

Dreams / Unbeatable enemy
« on: April 24, 2004, 02:22:33 AM »
I've had a couple of dreams that have one thing in common: an unbeatable and sadistic enemy. The one I remember the best is this one:
for some insane reason I'm going to Iceland (or whatever it's called in english), and suddenly I'm a member of a police force. We are going to arrest this guy, he seems pretty insane (I think he was some kind of a traitor or something), but he refuses to go with us, so the leader of the group goes to force him. The leader is a honorable and fair man, very strong and athletic (somehow I "remembered" that he was a very good person  ), they start fighting, but even though the leader does things that would normally knock someone out, he seems to take no damage. He just laughs and does sadistic things, like electroshocking the guy etc. Frustrated I ask my group to shoot him (I didn't look at the villain at this "scene"), but all that happens is that my group gets slaughtered, one by one. Later in the dream I'm in the city, trying to hide from the villain, but he finds me several times, and I have to flee, he beats all the policemen trying to get him etc. This is the worst of the villain dreams, the others are not that bad (I'm sure that's why I remember it the best), but they all have this unbeatable villain in common. What does that mean?

Body Energy Arts / Martial Arts Videos

I thought Id make a topic where we can post links to martial arts videos, both instructional or just showoff videos. I considered putting it in the pool, but its a bit more serious than that, eh?

Body Energy Arts / Chi tech
« on: March 28, 2004, 12:09:02 PM »
I posted about this in the "people being overconfident" thread, but no one answered, and it was fairly of topic, really (^_^)

I heard about a Chi tech were you break your opponents Chichain, making him fall\unable to move for awhile or something like that. I wonder if this is fluff, or an accepted tech. It would really be the ultimate selfdefence, as you win the fight without really hurting your opponent.

Body Energy Arts / Hula Hula
« on: March 05, 2004, 02:01:21 PM »
Ive justg been to Hawaii and seen Hula Hula and all the polynesian culture there, and I wonder if Hula Hula has got anything to do with ki? They have some thoughts about breathing, and the Hula master there looked like he was 25 years, but I later found out that he was 50... and another clue is that Hula Hula evolved from a martial art, so I wonder if anyone could look into this?

Other / Drawing
« on: February 26, 2004, 11:43:02 AM »
Err, this is a stupid newbie question, but could anyone make a simple drawing in paint or something that shows how youre supposed to sit while meditating? I read that you were supposed to have you right arm on you left calf and vice versa. But that gets all awkard... please?
