Spirituality / Re: Newly gained insight on the nature of reality(?)
« on: May 28, 2009, 12:20:50 PM »
Hi everyone!
This 1,5 years boils down to some basic points. In fact, I'd say it's quite simple:

The person is a "Wavemaker". This Wavemaker could be analogous to the Higher Self. I say could be because I know not whether the two terms do correspond.
This Wavemaker cause ripples, which correspond with the potential possibilities of its Goal. So, reality is basically the Wavemaker moving, and while moving causing ripples which correspond with these potential possibilities. These potential possibilities then react to the Wavemaker's ripples, causing it to change, to develop.

So, basically, it's a subtle matrix of potential possibilites which move and constantly change.

P.S.: This hit me today, so sorry for the inconsistencies I use. The point for me is that I understand. Still, I'd like to debate and expand upon these ideas.

LOL!  Too cute!   :D

Well...Duetsche Welle means "German Wave"

But then...what do I know?

Om Namah Shivaya.

Now if I had to looks like it would sound like what the "priests" are doing in the Indiana Jones movie when they are removing the heart of the "victim".

I think this is good if it helps one to rightly discern things.

I thank and appreciate the tolerant attitudes.  As we have all seen, sometimes my "passion" can be a bit too "strong", so I hope the future rewards of putting up with my "rants" are showing to far outweigh any "negative" initial side effects.

If Rawiri or any of us have earned the right to serve ourselves as our own lord and master, I do not say the ability does not exist. It would merely be a bit of a discussion which would appear to some as talking to oneself.  That being said, I do have some specific "bad points" in my own mind, but it is probably better to err on the side of caution here and invite you to further this discussion in the direction you originally had in mind. *sometimes Wonderland only _thinks_ she knows everything*

While you make many good points Rawiri, I would caution "judge not, lest ye be judged" and "if you eat that bread, you will be forced to chew it".  For you never know who is the very lord and master you are so devoted to, only in disguise to test your devotion.  The record does indicate you not only volunteered for the opportunity to be so tested, but you were adamant to have it.

Or, perhaps, you never know what is a metaphysical butterfly that hasn't finished changing yet, and then the sin would be yours for looking too soon.  In which case you would do well to poke out your own eyes, lest you make such a grievous error a second time, thereby making the initial offense 10 times worse/stronger.  Go and check the record for yourselves.  The veil was rent in to a long time ago.  If you are so certain someone is messing up, perhaps you could offer to help?  For the one who wishes to be greatest will make himself the servant of all.  And, generally, if things are _that_ bad, there is a lot of pain and suffering there that you obviously have the ability to assist as opposed to arrest.

Oh....who am I kidding?  I totally want to believe the earnestness of your post and take it for the good parts and forget the rest. In fact, I probably do.

True enough.  It appears to be getting harder and harder to censor it.

No kidding, huh?  Cool.  So, if somebody chooses to login as hidden, is that one always hidden or is it every time you login?

Oh my.  Well well well well welle.  This should prove to be most interesting.  Send me a personal message if you are interested in sponsoring my trip (FOR REAL) and I will make it happen.  I will discuss it more at length privately, also.  So much depends on how one defines "vampire" that the wannabes are just annoying.  But I look forward to the possibility, nonetheless.  They say that if one is truly interested in finding the original, he will show up.

The Cafeteria / Re: You know you're a Veritas Addict when...

LOL I was just thinking myself quite witty when I noticed different/new icons and/or names and thought to myself "I still know who you _really_ are".  HA!  And shame on me for wanting to judge somebody, eh?

you know you're a Veritas addict when, in the spirit of kobok's post in this thread, you try to get your total time logged in to over 1 week.  When I first joined Veritas, my goal was to log one day per month.  Now that's an addict, especially if you are "just" a member, not staff or council or tech or anything "special".  Thankfully, I got over it.

...when your attempt to gain "logged time" leads you to read all the current posts and you're still trying to log more time, so you go exploring and find about 20 things you forgot existed and then you realize you really needed to catch up on this stuff anyway, so hey!  You just justified being a Veritas addict, so it's ok.

...when you want to find out what's "really" going on in the world in regard to a certain topic, and you check Veritas to find out.  Especially if you check Veritas _first_.  But if you are a "true" Veritas addict, it won't be the only source you check.

*Wonderland gives a knowing laugh*

Bear, huh?  If there are any kinky occult practitioners other than myself on Veritas, I'd love to hear all about it.  For them, the so-called "code of silence" is never taken lightly.  It is their life, and their choice.  Some also get so far "into it" as to actually, literally die for "it".  Now _that's_ hardcore.  "Right" or "wrong", I don't care.  I have to respect it because it respects me.  But I still totally invite any to admit they are members.

That being said, you look really cute in a hot, military-discipline, what ChezNips said sort of way, Nathan.  Thank you for your service.

Ahh... Don Quijote-esque to say the least.  Fear not, for I believe it is just a part of you trying to reassure yourself.  Experiences such as this appears to be something that most people try to hide, for apparent good reason "in this day and age".

I appreciate your posts, even when confusing.  I'm glad you're back and hope you can "rise above" your past mishap.  It sounds cheesy, but "everything happens for a reason".  I suggest that if you can find the reason, you will find the peace and/or healing (or what ever it is) that you seem to be searching for.  Ack!  I ended a sentence with a preposition.

Flamebait removed... again... BB
