I already made it clear in another thread that even with a thermometer, you need to keep your hands away from the test at all times. Biofeedback (the method of controlling autonomic functions consciously) can heat your hands and the air by proxy or cool it down by controlling blood flow.

Making visible psi phenomena must be confirmed by third part before you should accept it as real.

Rudimentary wind control is easy, practice until you get fine control of it and can make it stronger.

Try heating water instead of cooling it down, by going for a cooling of that water you let nature do most of the work for you.

If you want to get better, stop saying "I did this" or "I did that."

Instead, start thinking about how you can improve what you've gotten.

Blind practice won't help you so actively think about undermining your test's integrity so you can improve your test. The results will follow.

Instead of saying " did this under these circumstances" ask yourself "how can I DISPROVE what I did?" after that try to take away that weakness.
Thank you MindlessInvalid, I actually did take that to heart. Now with small things I can say "I can." I'm still meditating and practicing. Teleportation is my only problem. Anyways, hi everyone!!!

Hah, my old self. Such a liar. But now, I have made quiet good progress, I can make water cold in a hot enviroment, and make water hot, or atleast lukewarm, in a cold environment. spin a toothpick (slowly) in a bowl of water, and make a pinwheel spin (slowly) with aero. Hah, and all this time- focal meditation, and practice.

*-* Thanks guys, that's great. I won't be able to post for a while, I'm moving back to my old place. No internet for me there. But it is a better practice enviroment, so that's good. I've been trying to meditate all night long everynight. It's actually more like a sleep meditation, because I usually fall asleep in the middle of it. I've found that focal meditation is as good as everyone here says. I'm gonna keep on truckin'. See y'all later.

Hey guys. I'm going to leave for a while. I think it'll be best for me to learn for myself. Thank you all for helping me. I know most of you don't care about me but, goodbye anyways.

There are nine stables, ten walls, and ten horses. You have to fit all ten horses into the nine stables. You can't have more than one horse per stable. If you know this, please don't tell.

so we need a new riddle... unfortunately, I can't think of any. there's an over done one... goes something like:

The poor have it, the rich need it and if you ate it you'd die. (that's a very summarized version :()

I've seen those words being used alot in old topics, and I don't quiet understand what that means. I read it and think of Gandalf yelling his famous line. Is that kinda what it sounds like?
